This department represents the ‘Green’ soul of our company: it is responsible for purifying the water used for the dyeing process and recycling it again, demonstrating that ecological commitment is a great asset in the overall economy of the processes.
Our industrial plant is a tangible example of our desire to preserve water resources, contributing to the sustainability of the textile industry and the health and well-being of our community.

Water softeners
Softeners reduce water hardness, which is mainly caused by the presence of calcium and magnesium ions. We had the characteristics of the local water analysed before calibrating the systems accordingly.
In fact, inadequately treated water may have a negative impact on colour accuracy, fabric yield and does not guarantee quality in other aspects of the production process.
Softeners protect industrial equipment, improve the efficiency of production processes and the energy efficiency of plants, reducing consumption and unnecessary waste.

Our industrial complex was developed in the beautiful countryside of Montalto Uffugo, in the province of Cosenza. We love our land, which is why Pasqua Style cares about environmental protection. We have adopted state-of-the-art technology, such as the sludge purifier and water softening plants. These state-of-the-art solutions allow us to operate in full respect of nature and our host territory, where our roots are, in natural harmony with the surroundings, our land.

Solar panels installed on the roofs of the facility cover a considerable part of the electricity needs, minimising the consumption of energy from other sources.
